Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At AVOFFICIAL we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

Contact us at customeravofficial@gmail.com before returning any items. The products must be in the same condition. Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 15 minutes. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24h of evaluation.
